- A communitity looking to attract new businesses, or a business looking for a great locale in which to settle.
- A business looking for a municipality offering land, facilities, a workforce and/or sufficient housing for their work force.
- Workers looking for an area to relocate to, where they will have a good chance of finding work and affordable housing.
- A construction company looking to find the right place to build housing, or a town with land to spare and in need of housing for their residents and future workers.
- A school board looking to sell their used school buses, or a school board looking to buy school buses.
